‘BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a modern model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. Healing from Trauma 

Going through very stressful, frightening or distressing events is called emotional or psychological trauma.
BWRT has been know to diffuse single event trauma in few sessions. It is also effective in diffusing complex trauma, or prolonged exposure to trauma.

Anxiety & Panic Attacks

Anxiety tends to occur in response to certain stressors and may build gradually.
Panic attack is a sudden episode of intense fear that appears along with physical symptoms, based on a perceived threat.

BWRT has specialized methodologies to abolish these effectively.

Grief & Relationships

Grief is the anguish experienced after significant loss. Grief often includes physiological distress, separation anxiety, confusion, yearning, obsessive dwelling on the past, and apprehension about the future.

My personal journey with BWRT

 In 2017, I started my own therapy with a senior BWRT Practitioner.
I was healing after 13 years of an abusive marriage; emotionally burnt out, on edge & easily triggered.
After a few months of regular sessions, I found myself shedding all old hurts and unwanted emotional baggage. I re-created myself, found my confidence and my mojo.
I promised to learn this amazing technique, so I can pay it forward to other people out there who could benefit from this incredible therapy.
Here I am 6 years later :) trained under Terence Watts and practicing as a psychotherapist and continuing the cycle of life.
